How to change from the IP address to a regular domain

Hai craig. I have done the magento installation as the video here, How to install Magento 2.3 (from scratch) - Magento 2 Beginner Tutorials.

I want to ask how to change from the IP address domain(like this video did) to a public/regular domain name like [www.example.com]. Can I use redirect by using cloudflare or need to made any changes as it related with database and others.Thanks.
