Magento loads slow

Hello,

I have installed Magento 2.3.3 on my virtual machine with 4GB memory according to the blog. After this I installed Minimal claue theme with the demo. Now the loading time appears to be ~14 seconds for both the front / back end. I followed your blog for the 12 simple tips for speed only this has not fixed it. Do you have advice to solve this problem?

Have you enabled all caches?

Yes, apparently ‘php bin / magento made setup: static-content: deploy -f’
made the loading time a lot faster (2-3s) that is already much better.
