After successful installation, admin user in not having all permission

Hi there,
I have done my installation. I noticed that permission and extensions option are grayed out for admin user. Any suggestion?

Hi,
Look at the attached. extensions & Permissions are not available. Even I login as admin user. I remembered also there is web wizard it is not showing.

Several backend features were removed in Magento 2.4. You have to do all that from the Command Line Interface now.

Thanks bro. I have managed to do everything. I have a running Magento 1.9.3.8 running since 2018. Just doing a migration. Your videos really helped me a lot. I really appreciate your help and efforts. It is really the best ever video I saw in YouTube. Well done!
