In the Customizable Options, there is an option to upload a file.
We have been asking customers to upload proof of age (Driving licence etc) and until recently it worked great.
But now that Apple have changed the file extensions of their pictures on ios (From JPG to HEIC), we can’t get the upload to work, even after adding HEIC to the compatibe file extensions box.
Does anyone know of a solution.
