Developer - Remote or Local Magento2 Installation?

Hi Craig and everyone else in this forum.

I am a developer and I am trying to get into Magento2.

I had no problem in installing Magento2 remotely with your tutorial but I am facing some problems when it comes to installing it on my local Ubuntu 18.10. Is it possible for me to implement something so I can keep developing and customizing my app with a remote setup?

I’m not 100% sure what you’re asking? Are you asking how to connect to your local installation from a remote computer? Like connecting to a laptop via another laptop?
