[Google Cloud Platform VMware] Looking for complete "Filezilla Client" tutorial for installation and user guideline with setting of superuser "craig" & web server's owener "magento"

I would like to ask for the tutorial of “Filezilla Client” about 1)Installation, 2)Setting for Connection with VMware, 3)the Right user to upload or dowload files (difference of Superuser & Owner of web server group. I am now using Macbook and VMware builds on Google Cloud Platform.
