Installed Lets Encrypt Certbot and now neither frontend nor backend is accessible

I followed this documentation and installed Certbot and now Magento 2 is not accessible.

Certbot Instructions

Getting the following error in Chrome Console
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

To check, I dropped an HTML file in the root and I am able to access it in the browser, but not the index.php. I have also updated the .conf apache 2 file to make sure index.php comes first.

Magento 2.4.5-p1
Porto Theme
Ubuntu 22.04, AWS EC2 Instance, 8GB

Magento 2 Admin site not loading properly and unresponsive

I managed to clean the cache by running: cd public_html —> php bin/magento cache:clean I am still not seeing any changes on the websites though so I wanted to make sure I’ve turned the correct ones NULL cause I think they look a bit different to me than the ones you indicated earlier. The highlighted ones have been changed to NULL:[image] is this correct and it will just take some time for changes to actually be shown on the website or is there something I may have done wrong?

And also deleting the following values in the core config data

• web/cookie/cookie_domain
• web/cookie/cookie_httponly
• web/cookie/cookie_lifetime
• web/cookie/cookie_path
