Looking for solution about unavailable Media Gallery Allowed folders [Magento 2.4.4]

Dear Mr. Craig, this is your stupid student Krus again :joy: :pray: Here is the knowlegde I would like to ask for.

How is the effection and solution if SSH said “Media files stored outside of ‘Media Gallery Allowed’ folders will not be available to the media gallery.
Please refer to Developer Guide for more details.”
which shows everytime we run bin/magento setup:upgrade

Here attached the details of my Equipment Set Up:

Dedicated Server at Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with
Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.13.0-1024-gcp x86_64)
Apache/2.4.41 (Ubuntu)
PHP 7.4.3 (cli) (built: Mar 2 2022 15:36:52) ( NTS )
Magento 2.4.4

I get that notice too. It’s just a notification and not an error so I’ve just ignored it. Especially, since I don’t use the Media Gallery service. This Stackexhange post may provide you with more information.

I am also preparing to upgrade the system. I have been paying attention to this topic recently. For some official suggestions, please refer to adobe-commerce-2-4-upgrade-guide shall we install the The Upgrade Compatibility Tool before moving forward?
