Magento 2.4.2 Email and Customer Account Name Prefix Problem

Hello.

After upgrading our store from 2.4.1 to 2.4.2, I have noticed that customer names are not coming through with name prefixes, but rather numbers? These numbers are appearing on customer orders and in the transactional emails, example 0 Joe Bloggs and 2 Sandra Jeffries?

Anyone else getting this with Magento 2.4.2? This wasn’t happening in 2.4.1, nor have customer settings or email templates been changed.

If I go to edit the order address, it show prefix the correct way (Mr. Mrs.), but when I save it, it still shows a number in the order summary, and the only way to change that is by editing it manually in the database.

Any help resolving this greatly appreciated!
