Migrate data from 2.3.5 to fresh magento 2.3.5

Hi,
Good day!
I’m using Magento 2.3.5 with about 30/000 products, I need to just transfer products and attributes to fresh and new magento 2.3.5 website,What should I do ? Should I duplicate database or using migrate tools ?
