Page builder not saving the data

I have installed Magento 2.4.5-p1
I have created a page and saved it without any content in it. The URL is working.
But now when I try to use Page builder and try to add a row or add an image in that row and save it, I am getting a “Please Wait” wheel and its not proceeding further.
I am new to Magento and do not know how to debug the error or which log file to refer.
Also I am in the developer mode and the permissions for the folder pub/media/tmp is 777

Solved!
Not sure if anyone has faced this, but the issue was Safari.
I switched to Chrome and it’s working now.
