I had followed your tutorial videos on Magento 2.3 from scratch, but my installation for PHP wasn’t working. I think the PHP failed because of “sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ondrej/php” Updating the repositories wasn’t successful. I couldn’t fix it.
My PhpAdmin failed to run using the IP address.

Running sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ondrej/php is one of the first major steps. Until you can run that command without an error, you should not proceed with the rest of the steps. What was the error message you got when you can this command? And is it still happening when you try now?
