Sizes disappear from dropdown in frontend after I disable an Virtual Product

Hello!
I have a problem and I dont’t know the cause. I use Magento 2.3.4.

Problem description:

I created an cofigurable product with more sizes and I tryed to disable or remove an “Virtual product” because i don’t need those sizes.
After I disable an product another sizes disappear from dropdawn list in frontend even if they are enable and is in stock.

I attached 2 images to be easier to see where is the problem.

What relation does the Configurable Product have with the Product you are referring to? I’m just trying to understand what one thing has to do with the other.
